Click the check boxes for all PIF items you would like certification of availability for and then click the View Certification Request button. Note: More than one record may show for a case due to multiple issues recorded for a given case. To request certificates from multiple searches, click on the New Search button on the View Certification Request page. Any additional certificates will be added to the original request.
