Supplier agrees to comply with the Security breach Notification Acts, the Consumer Protection Acts, and the Personal Information Protection Acts in connection with its collection, maintenance, and safeguarding and disposal of personal information and shall maintain reasonable security policies and procedures designed to protect or safeguard consumers' personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Supplier shall include in any future contract of travel services the roles and responsibilities to be undertaken by each party in the event of a breach. When supplier determines it has experienced a breach, it shall promptly provide information to its Channel Partners or Hotel Customers concerning the breach details, scope and categories of information compromised.
