Following a data breach where unauthorized persons were able to gain access to the personal information of individuals who had applied for services offered by T-Mobile, Supplier agrees to not make any representations or material omissions of fact that are capable of misleading client companies that store, maintain, or transmit personal information through the Experian Network regarding the extent to which Supplier maintains and/or protects the personal information of consumers. Supplier agrees to implement a comprehensive information security program reasonably designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information on the Experian Network.
